Nominate a Principal to be a Cahn Fellow Principal
The Cahn Fellows Program for Distinguished New York City Principals at Teachers College, Columbia University, a unique recognition program for outstanding NYC principals, is seeking nominations for the 2011-2012 cohort. Fellows will participate in a two-week Summer Leadership Institute, attend study groups to work on an individual challenge with other principals in the Cahn Fellows Program, and mentor an aspiring or new school principal. The nominee should (1) be an outstanding principal of a New York City public school with at least three years of experience in the principalship (2) have a strong desire for professional and intellectual growth, and (3) be willing to mentor one NYC principal for one year. 2011 Nominations have come to a close.
